Between 17 and 19 October 2016, Mr. Nils BAARING, representative of the Budgetary and Political Section, from Allied Command Operations SHAPE – J8, Mons, Belgium delivered the seventh iteration of the "Financial Resources Management in NATO” seminar and Mr. Simon HAYWOOD, expert from the Supreme Allied Command Transformation HQ, delivered the sixth iteration of the "NATO Security Investment Program" seminar.

   The guests presented a general overview of the NATO resources and resources management process, showed the military budget programming, budgeting and execution phases and explained how NATO missions and operations are funded. The activity was attended by officers from the Postgraduate Defense Resources Management Course for Senior Officials - ACT 477.6 and members of DRESMARA teaching staff.
